I got this job about a year ago when I was 19. I had no prior experience except a little help from a friend who is a mortgage broker (he has a broker's license not just a salespersons) and with his help I managed to put my foot through the door. I was so excited since I was making only $8/hr at my previous job and all of a sudden was making $32,000/yr.
I'm decided to move out of my mother's house since I'm gay and she and her husband are very conservative and always disapprove of me. The strange thing is...that I feel the same with my boss. He treats me really badly when at first he didn't. I get my work done...and quickly...it's just that when he has personal problems he takes it out on other people.
He insults me for stuff which I don't have control over, he takes the side of the processor who losses everything, he simply doesn't have respect for me. But he wants me to remain with him for at least the next 3yrs...he's crazy...I don't get it..
