Is there any way that you can get a Real Estate License under 18 in Texas?

I live with my Grandparents and wanted to kinda get a head start on life cause it doesn't look any good with no money in my pocket. I was always interested in Real Estate and wanted to know if there were any loop holes I could slip into or I actully could get my license underage.
