Is there anyway to legally break a lease of an apartment when they havent fixed the AC and theres no stove?

It's our first day getting the keys and everything is falling apart! The AC is at 60 and it feels like 90, we dont have a stove and when we signed the lease 2wks ago they said everything will be fixed and ready to go when you move in. Can someone give us advise on what we can do?
