kicked out less than 20 days to move out ,do you know the laws .?

This is a deal to purchase after a year ,not even been here a year yet never missed a payment ,saying he is kicking us out because we have not gotten home owners insurance or paid taxes yet .ok we dont own home ,and taxes what ?buy law dont he have to give us more than 20 some days to move ?no mater what his contract says .
