is there help for people on s.s and s.s.i. in getting a home?

i live in the state of georgia, in a run down 20 year old mobil home. is there any help for people like me on s.s and s.s.i. in getting a new home that i can afford to pay for? i know there is programs to help, i just don't know where to find them.
