Is there a way out to get duplicate registration papers of plot in India?

I lost the registration papers of a plot purchased by me in Hyderabad 10 yrs. ago. What is the course of action for me to get duplicate papers from Registrar's office? I dont have any details with me except the name of the location. Kindly advise me.
